Pork Scotch Fillet in Honey Pepper Glaze

Although we’d prefer the liquid version, this scotch is a pretty close second. Just like a good bottle, this steak displays notes of honey and pepper. Decant, slap on the barbie and enjoy the full-bodied mouth feel with some beer battered chips and slaw, or slice and create an easy stir-fry! TIP: Not recommended on the rocks!

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat a frypan or grill plate and lightly oil.
  2. Remove pork from packaging and place in heated pan or grill plate.
  3. Cook for 6-8 mins per side, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
