This super simple and mega tasty pizza made with our Classic Aussie Banger is just what you need for a hearty snack or when you need to throw together a quick meal to feed the masses on short notice.
Cut head of garlic cross ways cover in olive oil and salt and wrap in alfoil. Bake for approx. 20 mins.
Roast vine cherry tomatoes for approx. 15mins
Take sausages and crumble meat into rough small pieces approx. 2-3cm in size.
To make pizza, sauce bases with passata and cover with cheese, marjoram and chopped roasted garlic top with crumbled sausage meat and bake for 10-15 mins.
Dress pizza with roasted vine tomatoes, fresh rocket and lemon wedges
Serve and enjoy.
