Cheesy Bacon Sausage Rolls

Make your own flakey, cheesey, delicious sausage rolls with Aussie pork sausages.

how to make it

  1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 180OC.
  2. Wrap the bacon around the sausage. Place onto a sheet of puff pastry then a generous amount of cheese ontop.
  3. Roll the puff pastry tightly around the sausage and cut so there’s a little overlap on the base.
  4. Brush pastry with egg. Sprinkle salt and sesame seeds over the top.
  5. Bake in oven for 25 mins, over until pastry is golden.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
