Easy Ham & Egg Breakfast Wrap

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you need a quick bite to take on the run, this quick and tasty wrap for breakfast is just what you need.

  1. Crack eggs into a small bowl, add cream and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add butter to a small fry-pan over med. heat. When bubbles start to form, pour in egg mixture.
  3. Immediately use spatula to move eggs around the pan until curds start to form.
  4. When egg looks softly set, remove from frypan.
  5. To make wrap, place ham on tortilla, add tomato and top with half of the scrambled eggs.
  6. Fold up the bottom of tortilla to form a pocket, then take the sides and fold over each other.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
