Haloumi & Roast Capsicum Burger with Peri Peri Mayo
You can't go too far wrong with meat, cheese and salad on your burger, but a dash of peri peri mayo takes it up a notch. You'll be glad you gave it a crack and you’ll have the family asking for more!

What You Need
1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ burgers
½ cup mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. peri peri sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
8 slices halloumi
4 pieces roasted capsicum
4 bread rolls
100g baby spinach leaves
How To Make It
Cook burgers according to pack instructions.
While burgers are cooking, prepare peri peri mayo by mixing mayonnaise, peri peri sauce and lime juice, then set aside.
In a clean fry-pan over med. heat, cook halloumi for approx. 2 mins on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, fry capsicum and set aside.
Butter bread rolls and toast under the grill until golden brown.
To make the burgers, spread peri peri mayo on the bottom bun, add burger patty, roasted capsicum, halloumi and spinach, then finish off with more peri peri mayo on top.
Serve and enjoy!
