Ham Reuben Sandwich

It’s easy to make, it’s super tasty and it’s classic. Nothing beats a freshly toasted ham sanga, but if you are looking for next level in your humble toastie you can’t pass up this ham Reuben sanga.

What You Need

How To Make It

  1. To make Reuben sauce, mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, pickle and lemon juice.
  2. Spread sauce over one side of all bread slices. Top half of the slices with gruyere, ham, sauerkraut, Jarlsberg and place empty slice, sauce side down, on top.
  3. In a sandwich press or frypan over med. heat, melt butter and cook sandwich’s on both sides until golden.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
