  1. Cook sweet potatoes fries according to pack instructions.
  2. Cook burgers according to pack instructions
  3. Make a riata by combining yoghurt, mint and lime juice together in a small bowl, then refrigerate.
  4. Warm naan bread according to pack instructions.
  5. Assemble burgers by spreading riata onto the roti, top with cucumber, eggplant relish, burger pattie, mango chutney and pickled onion.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and serve with sweet potato fries. Enjoy!
