Korean Inspired Hot Dogs

  1. Chop kimchi and heat in fry-pan over med. heat for 2 mins. Add garlic and drizzle with sesame oil then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, cook sausages according to pack instructions.
  3. To make sriracha dressing  combine sriracha, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  4. Place sausages in hot dog buns, top with kimchi and sriracha mayo and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
