Off to a barbie? These Mini Pork Sliders are quick to throw together and they're the perfect snack for any gathering.

what you need
1 packs Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ Burgers
1 egg
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 rashers of bacon
4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. American mustard
12 mini buns
1 green oakleaf lettuce, small
12 cheese slices
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, cut into thin rings
12 toothpicks
how to make it
Combine burger patties and egg in a bowl, season with salt and pepper then roll into 12 small meatballs.
Place meatballs into a hot, oiled fry-pan and gently squash to form a small patty, flip after 5 mins to cook on both sides.
Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy.
Mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard to create a burger sauce.
Cut buns in half and spread the bottom halves with a dollop of burger sauce.
Layer the bun with lettuce, a mini patty, a slice of bacon, cheese, tomato, and an onion ring.
Place the other half of the bun on top and secure with a toothpick.
Serve and enjoy!
