Outback Mac Tacos with Big M Sauce

Who says you need a burger bun to enjoy our Outback BBQ burger patties? Have a crack at these outback mac tacos!

how to make it

  1. To make the big mac sauce, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, tomato sauce, onion, pickle and juice together until well combined.
  2. Take a tortilla and press burger meat firmly over the surface. Press out the edges as thinly as possible. Repeat with remaining tortillas and burger patties.
  3. Heat a fry-pan over high heat and cook tortillas meat side down for 5 mins or until the meat is cooked. Flip and add a slice of cheese. Cover for 30 secs to melt the cheese and remove from the heat.
  4. Add lettuce, tomato, extra pickles and big mac sauce.
  5. Fold and enjoy!
