Pork Milanese with Spicy Peppers Pasta

What you’ll need

 

1 Pack of Three Aussie Farmers Pork Schnitzels (Milanese!)

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 brown onion, diced

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp. chilli flakes

1 cup white wine

1 bottle capsicum/red pepper flavored pasta sauce *

1 tsp. mixed Italian herbs

200g spaghetti

Salt and pepper to season

Fresh basil, to serve

Shaved Parmesan cheese, to serve

 

*We used Dolmio Extra Spicy Peppers Tomato Pasta Sauce

 

  1. Cook Pork Schnitzel and Spaghetti according to pack instructions.
  2. Place oil into fry-pan over med. heat. Cook onion, chilli flakes and garlic for 2 mins or until soft. Add white wine and allow to simmer for 2 mins.
  3. Add pasta sauce, mixed Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Allow to simmer for 10 mins.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to pasta sauce and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve pork Milanese with spicy capsicum spaghetti, sprinkle with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
