Pork Porterhouse with wild rice & snap pea salad

What you’ll need

  • 2 Three Aussie Farmers Pork Porterhouse with garlic and chive seasoning
  • 1 packet of pre-cooked brown & wild rice
  • 150g sugar snap peas, blanched
  • 150 snow peas, blanched
  • 100g baby spinach leaves
  • 25g cashews
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh Chives
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. ginger, grated

How to make it

  1. Cook pork porterhouse steaks according to packet instructions
  2. Meanwhile, combine rice, spinach, sugar snap peas, snow peas and cashews in a bowl.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine chives, orange juice, lime juice, vinegar, honey and ginger.
  4. Cut up porterhouse in strips and mix through salad.
  5. Top with dressing and enjoy!
