A quick meal doesn’t have to be a boring meal. These fast and tasty pulled pork bao buns are just the ticket if you're short on time and don’t want to compromise on flavour.

What You Need
1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
1 red onion, thinly sliced
100ml rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
6 bao buns
2 spring onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. kewpie mayonnaise
3 sprigs coriander, leaves removed
2 Tbsp. fried shallots
How To Make It
Combine onion and vinegar in a bowl and set aside to pickle.
Cook pulled pork according to pack instructions, add hoisin, soy and honey and mix through.
While pork is cooking, steam frozen buns for approx. 5 mins until warmed through.
Carefully separate buns and layer with pulled pork, pickled onion and spring onion, then top with a squeeze of kewpie and garnish with coriander and fried shallots.
Serve and enjoy!
You can’t go wrong with pulled pork. Especially slow cooked Aussie pulled pork that’s faster to make than baked beans on toast. It’s a big claim, but this might be the best thing since sliced bread… The only hard bit is deciding how to eat it – sliders, nachos, tacos, wraps, salads, pasta,- or you could forget that and just grab a fork.
