This quick and effortless Pulled Pork Buddha Bowl is packed full of tender pulled pork, hearty beans and creamy avocado. If you’re after a healthy meal that that’s super easy to devour, look no further!

What you’ll need

1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
1 cup brown rice
400g can black beans, drained
2 avocados, sliced
2 Tbsp. Crème fraiche
2 Tbsp. Spicy satay sauce
Coriander, to serve
2 Spring onions, thinly sliced
1 Chilli, thinly sliced

 

  1. Cook rice according to pack instructions.
  2. Heat pulled pork according to pack instructions.
  3. Divide rice into two bowls and top each with beans, pulled pork and avocado.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp. of crème fraiche and spicy satay sauce to each bowl. Sprinkle with coriander, spring onions and chilli.
