  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados, limes, chilli, and salt and pepper together to make the guacamole.
  2. Use a fry-pan over med heat and cook onions, salsa, and Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork. Stir to until well combined and onions are soft.
  3. Cook rice according to the pack instructions.
  4. Cook frozen potato chips according to the pack instructions.
  5. Layer guacamole, sour cream, Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork, potato Chips, rice, and cheese on the tortilla and wrap it tightly.
  6. Toast in a fry-pan on med heat until crispy on every side.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
