Pulled Pork Ragu

Nothing beats a big bowl of pasta for dinner! Try this Pulled Pork Ragu recipe next time you are craving some carbs for a dinner you won’t regretti!

What you’ll need

  1. 250g Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
  2. 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  3. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1 onion, diced
  5. 1/2 cup red wine
  6. 1 can tomato puree
  7. 1 tsp. mixed Italian herbs
  8. 400g spaghetti
  9. basil, to serve
  10. Parmesan, to serve

How to make it

  1. Heat olive oil in a large fry-pan over med heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion and cook for 2 mins.
  3. add pulled pork and red wine then cook for 2 mins
  4. add tomato puree and Italian herbs then allow to simmer for 10 mins.
  5. cook spaghetti according to pack instructions.
  6. stir spaghetti through pork ragu and top with fresh basil and Parmesan.
