Quick Sticky Sausage Stir fry

This simple meal requires minimal ingredients and minimal effort. Just 15 mins in a wok and you're done! Packed full of flavour, you can also switch up the veggies with whatever you have on hand!

  1. In a bowl mix kecap manis, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce and garlic and stir to mix well.
  2. Cook sausages according to packet instructions, slice an set aside.
  3. In a wok, stir fry onion for 2-3 mins, add capsicum and sugar snap peas and stir fry for a further 2-3mins.
  4. Add sausages and sauce to wok, toss to coat ingredients then remove from heat and allow sauce to thicken.
  5. Serve with rice.
