What You Need

How To Make It

  1. Pre-heat fan forced over to 180°C.
  2. In a large baking dish, add 1 Tbsp. oil, gnocchi, tomatoes, onion and 2 garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  3. Tear sausages into pieces over the top then add water. Place into the oven and cook for 25 mins, until the sausages are cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine the remaining oil, basil, remaining garlic, lemon juice and salt.
  5. Drizzle the basil oil and pine nuts over the gnocchi and top with grated parmesan.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
