Sausage Kebabs with Pineapple Salsa

It's starting to feel a lot like Spring! Add a tropical twist to your next barbie with these tasty kebabs.

What You Need

How To Make It

  1. In a large bowl, prepare pineapple salsa by mixing pineapple, red onion, capsicum, chilli, olive oil and coriander. Season to taste and set aside.
  2. Prepare glaze by mixing pineapple juice, Bacardi and lime juice and set aside.
  3. Skewer sausages and grill on barbecue or hot plate, brushing with glaze until cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and glaze again.  Top with pineapple salsa.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
