what you need
1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers
1 ciabatta loaf, sliced
1 garlic clove, halved
Bruschetta
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 fresh basil leaves
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Smashed Avo
½ avocado, smashed
100g Persian feta
½ lemon, cut into wedges
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
Mushroom Feta
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbsp. butter
1 eschalot

how to make it
Cook sausages according to pack instructions, set aside to cool then slice diagonally.
Toast bread and rub with a clove of garlic.
Top your toast with the following toppings and slices of sausage:
Bruschetta – tomato, red onion, basil
Smashed avo – avo, feta, lemon
Creamy Mushies – mushroom, feta, shallots. Cook mushrooms, garlic, butter and eschalot in a fry-pan over med-high heat for 5 mins. Crumble feta over the top.
