Apparently some people reckon pizza isn't a breakfast food. We say, if it's got an egg on it, it counts as brekkie. Ready in a flash, this cheesy pizza made with our Farmhouse snags and fresh eggs is the way to go, guaranteed!

What You Need
1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages, casings removed
1 large pizza base
100g pizza sauce
250g pizza cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 spring onion, sliced to serve
How To Make It
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180⁰C
Cook sausage mince according to pack instructions, breaking into smaller pieces, then remove from the heat and set aside.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base, then cover generously with cheese and sausage mince. Crack the eggs over the top of the pizza ensuring to space them evenly.
Bake in the oven for 15 mins.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with spring onions and cut into six slices.
Serve and enjoy!
TIP: Try adding in the egg about halfway through the bake to get a gooey yolk!
