Thai Beef Salad

There’s nothing like a hearty salad packed full of flavour like this Thai Beef Salad. It’s so easy to make it’s almost questionable whether you can call it cooking but hey we won’t say anything if you don’t. And that’s all thanks to our ready to eat Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Beef.

What you’ll need

1 packet BBQ Pulled Beef
1 packet vermicelli noodles, cooked
1 cup bean sprouts
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, sliced into batons
½ cup coriander
¼ fried eschallots
1 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 lime

How to make it

  1. Prepare the vermicelli noodles, bean sprouts, red onion, capsicum and cucumber. Combine together with the coriander in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and stir through.
  3. Top with pulled beef and fried eschallots.
  4. Finish off with a squeeze of lime and enjoy!
