  1. To make peanut sauce, mix peanut butter, red curry paste, soy sauce, and water together to form a paste, then add additional water if you prefer a thinner consistency and set aside.
  2. Cook burgers according to pack instructions.
  3. To assemble burgers, add a generous dollop of peanut sauce to the bottom bun, then layer with jalapenos, burger patty, peanut sauce, coriander leaves and top with the bun top.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
