Thai-Style Pork Fried Rice

This delicious Thai-Style Pork Fried Rice is packed full of fragrant Thai Basil and delicious, juicy pork.

What you’ll need

1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Honey Pepper Pork

2 Tbsp. peanut oil

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

1 small carrot, thinly sliced

½ broccoli, cut into florets

500g cooked Jasmine rice

1 red chilli, finely sliced

5 tsp. Thai basil paste

4 tsp. fish sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

Handful of fresh Thai basil, roughly chopped

Handful of fresh basil, roughly chopped

4 fried eggs (optional)


  1. Pan fry Honey & Pepper Scotch Steaks as per instructions on pack.
  2. Slice cooked steaks into thin strips and set aside.
  3. Heat wok or fry pan to med-high heat and add sesame oil.
  4. Cook carrots and broccoli for 5 mins. Set aside.
  5. Add the peanut oil to the same wok.
  6. Fry rice stirring well to ensure it is well coated with oil.
  7. Add chilli, Thai basil paste, fish sauce, salt, pepper and cooked pork ensuring all ingredients are mixed in evenly.
  8. Reduce to low heat and toss basil and coriander through the fried rice.
  9. Serve with a fried egg.
