8 Three Aussie Farmers Shortcut Bacon Rashers
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
175g raw whole cashews
100g dried pineapple chunks
75g raw whole almonds about ½ cup
50g dried coconut strips, cut into 1cm pieces
45g dried banana chips
how to make it
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180OC.
Lay bacon rashers flat on a lined baking tray and cover with brown sugar. Place into the oven and bake for 15 mins. Allow to cool and set side.
Pour all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
