Impress on your date night with this fancy looking gnocchi dish

what you need
1 Pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages
25g unsalted butter
1 brown onion, diced
2 tsp. garlic, minced
500g gnocchi
125ml chicken stock
200ml thick cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. lemon zest
150g sun-dried tomatoes
100g pecorino cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup baby spinach
Fresh basil, to serve
how to make it
In a large deep fry-pan, cook sausages according to pack instructions. Remove from the heat, slice on an angle, then set a side.
In the same fry-pan over med-high heat, melt the butter then add the onions and garlic and fry until soft. Add the sliced sausages and gnocchi into the pan and cook until browned.
Add the chicken stock, thick cream, lemon juice, lemon zest and sun-dried tomatoes and pecorino. Scrape the bottom of the pan gently and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and stir for 5 mins or until the sauce thickens.
Take the pan off the heat, add in the baby spinach then stir through until spinach is wilted.
Serve and enjoy!
