Vegemite Sausage Rolls

You'll have a team of happy little vegemite's with these super easy and yummy vegemite sausage rolls.

What You Need

How To Make It

  1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 180⁰C.
  2. In a bowl, add sausage meat, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, tomato paste, vegemite, and  1 egg and mix until well combined.
  3. Take the pastry sheet and cut in half, placing mixture down the middle of each half.
  4. Brush egg wash onto the edge of pastry, roll the pastry to enclose sausage mix.
  5. Place sausage rolls on a lined baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Place into the oven and bake for 20 mins.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce.
  8. Enjoy!
