Glaze & Bake Ham with Spiced Pineapple, Rosemary and Honey Glaze

Who says ham is only for Christmas?

This cracker of a ham is Aussie grown and made with a recipe we’ve perfected over the last 30 years.

With a tangy and sweet pineapple, rosemary and Northern Rivers honey glaze, it’s ready to bake any night of the week!

Easy to bake

  1. Pre-heat fan forced oven to 220°C and remove all the ham packaging.
  2. Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham diagonally.
  3. Place onto a lined baking tray, cover with foil, then bake for 30 mins.
  4. Remove from the oven and baste with half the glaze sachet.
  5. Reduce fan forced oven temp. to 180°C, then bake for 15 mins uncovered.
  6. Remove, apply remaining glaze, then bake for a further 15 mins.
  7. Drizzle any juices over the ham to serve.

Ingredients
HAM (88%): Pork (91%), Water, Salt, Acidity Regulators (451, 500, 331), Dextrose (Maize), Sugar, Antioxidant (316), Stabiliser (452), Preservative (250), Yeast Extract, Canola Oil.

GLAZE (12%): Water, Apple, Honey (18%), Pineapple (15%), Sugar, Thickeners (1422, 415), Natural Flavour, Acidity Regulators (300, 330), Spice And Spice Extracts, Rosemary (<1%).
