Easy to bake
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 220°C and remove all the ham packaging.
- Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham diagonally.
- Place onto a lined baking tray, cover with foil, then bake for 30 mins.
- Remove from the oven and baste with half the glaze sachet.
- Reduce fan forced oven temp. to 180°C, then bake for 15 mins uncovered.
- Remove, apply remaining glaze, then bake for a further 15 mins.
- Drizzle any juices over the ham to serve.
