Easy

what you need

  • 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Great Aussie Bite Burgers
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup butter, cubed
  • ½ cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • Celery stalks, to serve
  • Ranch/blue cheese dressing, to serve

how to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Mix burger mince, breadcrumbs, garlic and egg in a bowl.  Form small meatballs and place them onto a lined baking tray in the fridge to rest for 30 mins.
  3. Bake the meatballs for 25 mins.
  4. While meatballs are baking, heat hot sauce in a saucepan over med-low heat. Whisk in the butter one cube at a time until well mixed.  Keep warm, but do not let this simmer or the sauce will split.
  5. Toss cooked meatballs through the hot sauce to coat.  Serve with celery sticks and ranch / blue cheese sauce.
  6. Enjoy!
Three Aussie Farmers - The Great Aussie Bite

If we’re being straight up, this burger is modelled on that buffalo sauce we all know and love.

Made from 100% Aussie grown pork, she’s a bit spicy and a bit tangy and well worth a go. There’s a bite of a bite, but it’s definitely on the mild end of things – so don’t be afraid of the heat!
