what you need

  • 1 Pack Three Aussie Farmers Lightly Seasoned Pork Schnitzels
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • Beer battered chips
  • 2 Hash browns
  • 1 red onions, sliced
  • 1 gem lettuce
  • 1 tomatoes, sliced
  • Slices of cheese
  • Pickles
  • Tomato relish
  • Lemon wedge
  • 4 skewers

how to make it

  1. Cook beer battered chips and hash brown according packaging instructions.
  2. Cook Pork Schnitzels according to packaging instructions. While Pork Schnitzel is cooking, fry up bacon until nice and crispy.
  3. Construct your bun-less burger in this order from bottom to top. Pork Schnitzel, tomato relish, beer battered chips, bacon, cheese, tomato, hash brown, red onions, cheese, bacon, gem lettuce leaves and Pork Schnitzel. Skewer pickles and through the burger to hold it together. Serve with wedge of lemon.
  4. Drool then enjoy!
