Cheesy Sausage and Garlic Tortilla

What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 cup mozzarella, grated
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
How To Make It
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200°C.
- Cook sausages according to pack instructions. Remove from the heat and thinly slice.
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly spread butter over each tortilla, spreading all the way to the edge.
- Layer 3 of the tortillas with 2 sausages, ⅓ cup mozzarella, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Top each of these with the second tortilla, and sprinkle ⅓ cup mozzarella, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning over each one.
- Place on a lined baking tray and into the oven for 5-10 mins or until crispy and golden brown. Cut into 6 pieces.
- Serve and enjoy!
