Classic Burger Dipped in Mustard Barbecue Gravy
Can you beat a juicy burger patty sizzling on the grill, perfectly seasoned and layered in a soft bun? Everyone loves a burger, but it gets even better when it’s dipped in mustard barbecue gravy.
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ Burgers
- 100g mustard
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. chilli oil
- 4 burger buns
- 8 slices smoky cheese
- 4 slices tomato
- 1 dill pickle, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
How To Make It
- In a saucepan over low heat add mustard, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, butter, celery salt and chilli oil, then simmer for approx. 15 mins.
- Remove from the heat, stand for approx. 10-15 mins and allow to thicken.
- Cook burgers according to pack instructions.
- 4. Toast burger buns and build burgers by layering cheese, burger patty, more cheese, tomato, pickle and onion.
- Dip into mustard barbecue gravy.
- Serve and enjoy!
