Dan & STEPH’s Cheesy Jalapeño Hotlink Tacos
These Cheesy Jalapeño Hotlink Tacos are packed full of all things delicious. If you’re into dishes with a bit of heat this one is definitely for you!
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Cheesy Jalapeño Hot Links
- 1 pack soft tortillas
- Pickled jalapeños
- 1 large tomato, finely diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1 baby cos lettuce, sliced
- Fresh coriander
- Sour cream
- Cheese
Honey Guacamole - 1 avocado
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. of juice from pickled jalapeños
- Salt and white pepper, to taste
how to make it
- Smoke sausages on the BBQ according to Three Aussie Farmers smoking instructions OR cook according to pack instructions. Slice.
- Smash together all the guacamole ingredients together in a bowl. Season to your taste.
- Layer your tacos with all your toppings.
