What you’ll need

  1. 500g of Dan and Steph’s Farmhouse pork sausages
  2. 1 Tbsp. oil
  3. 1 onion, sliced
  4. 1 garlic clove, grated
  5. 200g diced Sunpork bacon
  6. 2 Tbsp. gravox light gravy powder
  7. 1/2 cup water
  8. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  9. 425 g canned diced tomato
  10. 2 Tbsp. fresh  parsley chopped

How to make it

  1. Cook sausages according to packet instructions.
  2. Set aside and keep warm.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion, garlic and bacon and cook for 3 mins.
  4. Heat saucepan over med. heat. Combine gravy mix with water and cook in saucepan until thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and parsley.
  5. Add gravy mixture to pan and mix well. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes .
  7. Serve with buttermilk mash and broccolini or cheesy polenta and fresh rocket!
