Pulled Pork Loaded Hash Browns
Who doesn’t love hash browns for brekkie? We love ’em so much, we topped them with our Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork and turned them into Loaded Hash Browns.
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork
- 6 rashes SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
- 12 hash browns
- ½ cup cheese, grated
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chives, plus extra for garnish, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make It
- Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 200°C.
- Cook the pulled pork and hash browns according to pack instructions.
- In small fry-pan over med-high heat, cook the bacon pieces for 5 mins or until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel to drain.
- Sprinkle each hash brown with grated cheese and place in the oven for 3-5 mins until the cheese is melted. Top the hash browns with pulled pork, then slice the bacon rashers and sprinkle on top.
- Mix sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle the sour cream over the hash browns and sprinkle with extra chives.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can’t go wrong with pulled pork. Especially slow cooked Aussie pulled pork that’s faster to make than baked beans on toast. It’s a big claim, but this might be the best thing since sliced bread… The only hard bit is deciding how to eat it – sliders, nachos, tacos, wraps, salads, pasta,- or you could forget that and just grab a fork.
