Pulled Pork Pizza Naan
This quick and easy pulled pork pizza naan will conquer your pizza cravings in a fraction of the time! It’s great as a snack if you’re in a hurry.
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
- 2 slices Three Aussie Farmers Ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 slices SunPork Fresh Foods bacon, cooked and sliced
- 4 Naan bread
- 150ml Tomato Passata or 4 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. goats cheese, crumbled
- 150g tinned pineapple chunks
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced (pickled in white vinegar)
- Parsley, to garnish
how to make it
- Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200⁰C. Line baking tray with foil.
- Spread sauce over naan bread and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with desired toppings.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 mins or until naan is golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can’t go wrong with pulled pork. Especially slow cooked Aussie pulled pork that’s faster to make than baked beans on toast. It’s a big claim, but this might be the best thing since sliced bread… The only hard bit is deciding how to eat it – sliders, nachos, tacos, wraps, salads, pasta,- or you could forget that and just grab a fork.
