Medium

what you need

  • 1 pack of Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers, removed from casing
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 16 Wonton wrappers
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

how to make it

  1. In a medium fry-pan over med heat, cook the garlic and onions for 1 min.
  2. Add the sausage mince in and break it apart into smaller pieces. Pour in the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir through for another 5 mins or until it is dry. Then set aside to cool slightly. (could we say; until the sauce is evaporated /soaked in or something like that, no big deal but the sentence sounds a bit odd)
  3. Take a wonton wrapper and spoon the meat into the middle. Wet the edges of the wrapper and bring all the corners together in the middle and pinch the edges together to seal it and form a box. Repeat for the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Use a saucepan with about 4-5cm deep of vegetable oil over high heat. Carefully fry the boxes for 6 mins or until golden all over.
  5. Serve and enjoy with sweet chilli sauce.
