Three Aussie Farmers - Cheeseburger Pizza

Cheeseburger Pizza

This one will become a hot favourite in any household. Its cheesy, its saucy, its meaty – how could you go wrong?

What You Need

  • 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers
  • 1 cup tomato paste / passata
  • ½ cup American mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. pickle juice
  • 2 pizza dough balls
  • 1 cup mozzarella, grated
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • ¼ cup American cheese / smokey chipotle cheddar, grated
  • ¼ cup tasty cheese, grated

How To Make It

  1. Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 220⁰C.
  2. Remove casings from sausages and break into smaller pieces, place in a fry-pan and cook until browned all over and set aside.
  3. Make the cheeseburger sauce by combining tomato paste, mustard and pickle juice together and set aside.
  4. Roll out pizza dough onto a lined baking tray.
  5. Spread cheeseburger sauce over dough and top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add the cooked sausage meat and the finely diced onion, with the smoky and tasty cheeses.
  7. Bake for 15-20 mins until cheese has melted and crust has cooked.
  8. Remove from oven and top with pickles.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
