Dan & Steph’s Pork Lebanese-Style Flatbreads

What You Need

  • 1 packet Three Aussie Farmer Classic Aussie Banger Sausages, casings removed
  • ½ brown onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
  • 2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, deseeded and diced
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tzatziki
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped


  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp. honey
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 200g fresh baby spinach, chopped

How To Make It

  1. Cook the sausage meat over med-high heat. Break into smaller pieces as it cooks. Add in the onions and cook until meat is brown and onions are softened.
  2. Add coriander seeds, allspice, cinnamon, and cumin. Stir through for 3-5 mins.
  3. Add in toasted pine nuts and ½ pomegranate seeds. Cook for a further 3-5 mins. Then remove from heat.
  4. Make salad dressing by mixing 2 Tbsp. olive oil, honey, 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Drizzle over spinach leaves and toss.
  5. Warm the flatbreads in a microwave for 30 seconds.
  6. To make the flatbreads, start with dressed spinach, spiced pork meat, cucumber, tzatziki, top with fresh herbs, radish and additional pomegranate seeds.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
