Imagine, all your favourite hotdog toppings all beautifully displayed on a board just for you. Well imagine no more because it’s here and waiting for you!
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Sausages – Pick your favourite (we used Farmhouse and Classic Aussie Bangers)
- ½ Tbsp. oil
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 6 hotdog buns, warmed
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup mustard
- ½ cup gherkin relish
- ½ cup sweet pickles, sliced
- ½ jar roasted capsicums
- 3 cups rocket leaves
How To Make It
- Heat oil in a small fry-pan over a low-med heat. Add onion and cook for 7 mins, until the onion has browned.
- Cook sausages according to the pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, place the cooked onions, cheese, chilli slices and sauces into different serving dishes.
- Select a very large serving board or platter, and arrange your ingredients. Start with stacking the buns on one side of the board, then pile the sausages on the opposite side.
- Place the cheese into the centre, then begin filling the gaps with the chilli bowls and sauces.
- Place the pickles and roasted capsicum in serving dishes, and add to the board.
- Use the rocket leaves to fill in all the gaps.
- Serve share style and let the family make their own delicious creations. Enjoy!
