Feta & BBQ Pulled Pork Bites
Looking to entertain the masses but don’t have a heap of time? This quick and simple recipe is super tasty and so easy even the kids can do it.
what you need
- 1 packet Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
- 2 sheets puff pastry, cut into 4 cm rounds
- 100ml barbecue sauce
- 75g Danish feta
- 1 shallot, finely sliced
how to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180⁰C.
- Grease mini muffing tray and place puff pastry rounds into holes and press down to cover base.
- In a bowl, mix pulled pork and barbecue sauce, and spoon evenly into pastry shells.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 10 mins or until pastry is golden brown.
- Garnish with feta and shallot.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can’t go wrong with pulled pork. Especially slow cooked Aussie pulled pork that’s faster to make than baked beans on toast. It’s a big claim, but this might be the best thing since sliced bread… The only hard bit is deciding how to eat it – sliders, nachos, tacos, wraps, salads, pasta,- or you could forget that and just grab a fork.
