French Toast Sausage Rolls

We’re putting a twist on a breakfast classic with these French Toast Sausage Rolls. The perfect combination of sweet and savoury all rolled up in one delicious bite!

What You Need

  • 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 12 slices bread, crusts removed and flattened
  • 6 toothpicks
  • Maple syrup, to serve

How To Make It

  1. Cook sausages according to pack instructions and set aside.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. Place two slices of bread on a flat surface, overlap them by ⅓ and press together to create a larger piece of bread. Place a sausage on the bread, roll tightly then dunk into the egg mixture. Use a toothpick to help hold it together.
  4. Place in a fry-pan over med. heat and cook for 5 mins turning constantly until the bread is cooked
  5. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
