what you need
- 1 Pack Three Aussie Farmers Louisiana Style Sausages
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 100ml honey
- 60ml light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha
- Sesame seeds, to serve
- Spring onions, to serve
how to make it
- Squeeze the meat out of the casing and roll into 18 balls.
- Heat up a fry pan on high heat with vegetable oil. Carefully place the sausage balls in. Cook them for 4 mins each side. Set aside to cool slightly then thread 3 meatballs onto skewers.
- In a small saucepan combine, garlic, honey, soy sauce and sriracha on medium heat. Whisk together until well combined. Brush onto the meatballs.
- Serve and enjoy
Try mixing in some cheese into the meatballs or creating kebabs with some vegetables in between each meatball on the skewer.
