Gourmet Hotdog – Dipped
If you spend any time on social media, then you have likely seen the burger dipping trend. That got us thinking and we’ve come up with a couple of awesome dips for your next hot dog! So dippy-licious!
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 hotdog buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 slices american cheese
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 1 sprig coriander leaves
- 100g nacho cheese sauce
- 100g gerkin relish
- 100ml rich onion gravy
how to make it
- Cook sausages according to packet instructions.
- In the same pan as the sausages, sweat the onions for 5 mins or until they start to caramelise.
- Fill hotdog with your choice of ingredients, tomato, cheese, lettuce, caramelised onion, coriander.
- Pour each dipping sauce into a ramekin.
- Serve on a platter and dip into the sauce of your choice.
- Eat and enjoy!
