

Ham & Bacon Stuffed Pita
Looking for a lunchbox treat that ticks all the boxes? Nothing beats ham, bacon and grilled cheese.
What You Need
- 200g Three Aussie Farmers Leg Ham, cubed
- 4 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon, diced
- 300g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 pita pocket breads
How To Make It
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180C.
- In a fry-pan, cook bacon until golden and crispy. Transfer onto paper towel.
- Slice pita pockets in half, and stuff with ham, bacon and cheese.
- Toast in the oven for 10 mins or until the cheese has melted and the outside is golden.
- Slice in half again to serve and enjoy!
