Ham, Pineapple & Manchego Toasted Sandwich
Upgrade your ordinary sanga into a gourmet treat with this toasted masterpiece. An epic combo of savoury ham, rich Manchego cheese, and the sweet kick of pineapple.
What You Need
- 6 thick slices Three Aussie Farmers Leg Ham
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 thick slices sourdough
- 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
- 4 slices pineapple, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
How To Make It
- Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on both sides of the bread slices.
- Layer 2 slices of bread with half the Manchego cheese, ham, pineapple. Top with the remaining cheese and bread.
- In a fry-pan over a med. heat, melt butter and cook sandwiches for 2-3 mins or until golden on each side and cheese has melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
