what you need

  • 1 pack of Three Aussie Farmers Outback Burgers
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 waffles, toasted
  • 4 American cheese slices
  • 2 pickles, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. herb mayo
  • Hot chips to serve

how to make it

  1. Heat oil in a fry-pan over med. heat and cook burgers according to pack instructions, then set aside.
  2. Cook bacon with maple syrup, until crispy as desired.
  3. Fry eggs in a non-stick fry-pan over med. high heat.
  4. Create the burger by layering toasted waffle, cheese, pickle, patty, cheese, bacon, tomato, herb mayo, top with fried egg and waffle.
  5. Serve with hot chips and enjoy!
