Medley of Bacon Sandwiches

what you need
12 Three Aussie Farmers Short Cut Bacon
Brekkie Burger
- 1 hash brown
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 bread roll
- 1 slice tasty cheese
- BBQ sauce
Double Decker BLT
- 3 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 gem lettuce, leaves kept whole
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced into rings
- Cesar dressing
- 2 slice swiss cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Garlic Smashed Avo Feta Bacon
- 1 avocado, mashed
- ¼ red onion, finely diced
- ½ tsp. garlic, minced
- 30g feta cheese, broken
- 2 slices seeded sourdough bread, toasted
how to make it
- In a fry-pan cook the bacon on med-high heat for 5-6mins. Set aside and drain excess fat on paper towels.
Brekkie Burger
- Cook hash brown according to pack instructions, and set aside.
- Use the same pan the bacon was cooked in on med heat. Pour the eggs into the pan for a 3-4min or until almost cooked through. Fold the edges in to create a square shape.
- Place the egg into the bread roll, followed by the hash brown, cheese, bacon and topped off with BBQ sauce.
Double Decker BLT
- Place lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, Cesar dressing and a slice of cheese onto a slice of bread, followed by another slice.
- Add on the avocado, bacon and the last slice of cheese.
- Top it off with a last piece of bread. Use skewers to hold it together if required.
Garlic Smashed Avo Feta Bacon
- Place avocado, red onion and garlic in a bowl and mash together until smooth.
- Spread the smashed avocado onto a slice of bread.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over followed by the bacon.
- Place the last piece of bread on top
