Mini Outback Sliders
Off to a barbie? These Mini Pork Sliders are quick to throw together and they’re the perfect snack for any gathering.
what you need
- 1 packs Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ Burgers
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 rashers of bacon
- 4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. American mustard
- 12 mini buns
- 1 green oakleaf lettuce, small
- 12 cheese slices
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, cut into thin rings
- 12 toothpicks
how to make it
- Combine burger patties and egg in a bowl, season with salt and pepper then roll into 12 small meatballs.
- Place meatballs into a hot, oiled fry-pan and gently squash to form a small patty, flip after 5 mins to cook on both sides.
- Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy.
- Mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard to create a burger sauce.
- Cut buns in half and spread the bottom halves with a dollop of burger sauce.
- Layer the bun with lettuce, a mini patty, a slice of bacon, cheese, tomato, and an onion ring.
- Place the other half of the bun on top and secure with a toothpick.
- Serve and enjoy!
