One Pot Farmhouse Tomato Herb Pasta
Are you a pasta lover? You’ll love this delicious Farmhouse Sausage Tomato Herb Pasta that’s quick and easy to pull together. This dish is the perfect combination of juicy pork sausages, fresh tomatoes and aromatic herbs.
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages
- 1 pack linguini
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g pitted green olives, sliced
- 100g fresh parsley, chopped
- 50g baby capers
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make It
- Cook sausages according to pack instructions, then set aside to cool and slice.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to pack instructions.
- Once pasta is cooked, heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a large fry-pan over med heat. Add tomatoes, olives and capers.
- Drain pasta, add to fry-pan and toss to combine, add ⅔ parsley, sausages and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with remaining parsley.
- Serve and enjoy.
